Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care? AH Living is looking for a Homecare Nurse to join our growing, clinically led team committed to empowering individuals to live well in their own homes.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality, in-home nursing care to individuals with a range of complex or ongoing health needs

• Create and implement personalised care plans, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including supported living staff, local authorities, and Integrated Care Boards

• Champion independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for every service user

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with valid NMC registration

• Experience in homecare, community nursing, or managing complex care needs

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-led, values-driven care

• A flexible, reliable, and compassionate approach
