About the Role
As a Paediatric Homecare Nurse at AH Living, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex health needs in the comfort and security of their own homes. Drawing on your paediatric expertise, you’ll provide clinically safe, compassionate, and family-focused care that promotes quality of life, development, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to children with a range of clinical needs (e.g. tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, epilepsy management, ventilator support)

• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams

• Provide education and reassurance to families and carers, promoting confidence in the care process

• Monitor, assess, and escalate concerns as appropriate to ensure clinical safety and rapid response

• Contribute to safeguarding, care reviews, and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Children’s Nurse (RNC) or dual-qualified Nurse with active NMC PIN

• Experience in paediatric homecare, PICU, or community nursing

• Confident in delivering complex clinical care in a home setting

• Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills

• A flexible, person-centred approach with a passion for supporting children and families
